Rob Gandara, pipe and whistle maker extraordinaire, from Celtic Carbony Winds, will be hosting 4, 1/2 hour workshops during the weekend. He will be teaching whistle and practice chanter. These sessions will take place in room 3 of the Yachats Commons and are free to the public.
